Are you Realtors® who just want to list my house?
American Beauty Homes of Florida, Inc. was started by a homebuilder who happened to help a client with their foreclosure. We're NOT Realtors® and we're NOT associated with any real estate agency. We don't want to list your house; we want to buy your house and may be able to do so immediately!

What kind of houses do you buy?
We buy houses in any area, condition or any price range. And we can handle mortgage and foreclosure issues, title problems, estate and probate situations, and zoning and code-compliance issues. We take the problems off your back and offer solutions.

What do you mean by "any condition"? What if my house needs repairs?
Remember we are state-licensed General Contractors, so we are experts in repairing and remodeling properties to create the most value. We will buy your house as-is! You don't need to do any more repairs!

Do you deal in higher priced properties?
Yes, we have experience with high-end remodeling as well as marketing luxury homes. And we know how to deal with the lender on a large mortgage in default. We can work with any seller who needs to move a property quickly for any reason and in any price range.

What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you help?
Foreclosures are what we specialize in. We can stop the foreclosure through a variety of methods, depending on your unique situation. This may involve paying off your mortgage, bringing it current to immediately stop the foreclosure, or negotiating a payment plan or reduced payoff with your lender.

With all of these solutions the number one outcome is that we stop your foreclosure, improve your credit rating, put cash in your pocket, and help you put the situation behind you.

The important thing to remember is that denial is your worst enemy. The less time we have to work out a solution, the harder it will be to create a positive outcome. If you are getting behind on payments we urge you to take action today!

What if I have no equity in my house, can you help?
Yes! In many cases we have been able to negotiate a reduced payoff from your lender that creates enough equity for us to buy the house and stop your foreclosure.

As soon as we receive your Seller Info, we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submit the information). However, if you don't hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call at

Absolutely! Referrals are a major part of our business. Even if you don't need to sell your home, but you know someone who does, please refer them to us or have them give us a call. We'll pay you from $500 to $1000 for each house you refer to us that we buy!
